I went to get and oil change. I bought 5 quartz of oil and a oil filter. After leaving the place I noticed 2 weeks later in my truck a quart of oil. So opened the hood to check the oil it was low.then noticed when they changed my oil they removed the engine cover. When I took them my car I gave them the oil and open my hood. They removed it then asking me if I'm sure. I was very upset asking them which one of them changed the oil. They did not know I ask them to check the camera. They told me they couldn't and the fired 3 mechanics not know which one took it off. Went to the dealership. That cover cost $320. 53 cents. Ive bine back there 4 times only to get a run around. I will not go back. I will replace the piece. But I said I will right a review. I feel like one I give you my can n keys. Im trusting you are going to fix my car and return it with everything you removed from my car. Im not happy at all. Its no way to treat your customers.

Service here was great. I asked for an alignment and that is what I got. No up sale or trying to get me to buy a service I did not want. I got a very thorough explanation and updates on when my car was next. I went to 2 other alignment places and Serviteca had the best prices.

i got the nail on my tire few monthes ago. i went to this place。i told the guy。i need a patch but i think he does not speak english and he did the insert. after around one month，i realized the tire still leak what i thought was got another nail. i went back this place。i told the guy need a patch。however he did a insert again。and i found out。it is the same spot he inserted before. and another few week i found the same tire leaks and i am 100% sure is same spot. so i went there today..they tell me it is same spot and they made the hole bigger at first time and made a extra hole on. they can not touch my tire anymore. i just wondered if you damage my tire。you do not take any respondsibility？just tell me you can not touch the tire？ i saw you replied what is wrong with one month later！ your employee made the hole bigger and extra hole. that was your another employee told me。anyway your employee did insert. it was kind fix. but still leaks just slower. the second time same hole same thing. re-did insert. still leak just slower. third time not touching it。damage my tire want me to change tire at your place？

They patched my tire on the spot, told me my tire was great no need in buying a new one. I appreciate the honest and efficient work. Will be back for a brake job soon. Definitely recommend!!
